Calcul Québec’s 2019 general meeting

Calcul Québec is delighted to invite all its members to the forthcoming general assembly to be held on Thursday, September 19 from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM (EDT).

You can either join us in person or attend the meeting remotely:

Montréal

Polytechnique Montréal: room L-3816 (Pierre-Lassonde building);
McGill University: Bell room (room 103, Rutherford Physics Building).

Québec

Université Laval: room PLT-1138-H (Adrien-Pouliot building).

Sherbrooke

Université de Sherbrooke:

To attend remotely

We will send the instructions to connect to the video conference room by email.

We will present the main issues surrounding the new governance structure at Calcul Québec. In addition, we will discuss the creation of the new federal entity dedicated to advanced research computing as well as the resource allocation competition process.

Presentations will be given in French but either French or English can be used for the discussions.
